Terms and Conditions: I acknowledge, the same as with my trash collector, it is my responsibility to ensure that my bins remain curbside on my scheduled service date until my service has been completed. Visits cannot be rescheduled for failure to have my bins curbside on my neighborhood’s scheduled service day.

Do you offer a referral incentive?
Yes. Have your friends & neighbors give us your name when they call to enroll and we will give you a free month for each referral. Referral discounts are unlimited. Most people get several free cleanings per year by posting our video or website on their Facebook neighborhood group.

Do you have a non-profit organization referral program?
Yes. We will pay your non-profit organization $20 for each person that enrolls and pre-pays for 6 months.

When will my service begin?
We will call you to confirm your start date and set up your account. Your bins will be serviced on the same day as your neighbors.

How do I enroll for your service?
You can contact us through our website or by phone. We answer from 8AM - 6PM. Your service won’t start until we speak with you over the phone and your account is set up.

If I miss my service date because of my mistake, will you reschedule my service day?
Due to the volume of our business, we won’t be able to reschedule until the next scheduled visit in 4 weeks.

Sometimes I take my trash bins in early and don’t leave it at the curbside, how would it be cleaned?
We ask that you leave your bin(s) curbside. We will text the day before and the morning of your service day.

How will I know when you’re coming to service my bins?
Our automated system will text message you the evening prior and the morning of your service.

What if my HOA will not allow my cans out past a certain time on trash collection day?
Please contact your HOA to let them know that you will be having your cans cleaned and what schedule you are on. If you would like us to contact them for you, please give us the contact information. Most HOAs are very flexible when it comes to this type of service.

Why should I have my trash bin cleaned?
Cleaning your own bins with a water hose and a scrub brush is not a sufficient way to remove or eliminate all of the bacteria and diseases that gather in your bins, such as Tuberculosis, Strep, E-Coli, Salmonella, and Listeria. In fact, you may be adding to the problem. We use high-pressure 200 degree water to clean, disinfect, sanitize, and deodorize using our environmentally friendly Pretty Cans truck.
